After holding the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), we submit the following schedule and procedure for splitting the nominal value.

PT TEMAS DEPOT, one of the Company's subsidiaries, has opened a new subsidiary located in Surabaya, East Java, PT TEMAS DEPOT JATIM is a company engaged in the service business of Container Depot and Warehousing Management services.

"Temas recorded a net profit of IDR 1.4 trillion in 2022 which increased by 102% compared to the previous year of IDR 698 billion in 2021." this was conveyed by the Finance Director of Temas Tbk Ganny Zheng. Several strategic steps will be taken to increase the company's profit, including adding 10 units of ships. The Company also intends to acquire and perform merger businesses in the IKN port region. Acquisition and merger plans will be carried out to open opportunities for cooperation with existing ports in the IKN area. Currently the plan is in the process of studying and considering various aspects to be able to enter the IKN project. In addition, The General Meeting of Shareholders also decided several matters, including approving and accepting the results of the Directors’ Performance Report for the fiscal year 2022 and approving plans for company development in 2023 with a total dividend distribution of Rp 754,67.
