GANNY ZHENG

Business Development Director

Ganny Zheng is an Indonesian citizen, aged 55. He has served as Director of the Company since June 6, 2014, based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 26 dated July 4, 2014.

He began his career as an Accounting Staff at Stein Devisser & Mintz, New York, United States (1996–1999), and later served as an Account Manager at Intergraph, Singapore (1999–2003). He subsequently held positions as Director at PT Pelayaran Tirtamas Express (2003–2019) and PT Asia Marine Temas (2017–2019), Commissioner at PT Asia Marine Temas (2020–2023), Director at PT Acteka (2021–2023), Commissioner at PT Pelabuhan Temas Nusantara (2020–2024), and Director at PT Temas Training Hub (2024–2025).

Currently, he also serves as President Director of PT Mentari Mas Multimoda since 2019, Director at PT Temas Bulker since 2020, Director at PT Lestari Nasional Gas since 2023, and Commissioner at PT Temas Logistics since 2023.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, New Jersey, United States (1996), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance and Investment) from the Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York, United States (1998).
