RICKY EFFENDI

President Director

Ricky Effendi is an Indonesian citizen, aged 49. He has served as President Director of the Company since March 24, 2025, based on Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 217 dated March 24, 2025.

He joined the TEMAS Group in 2001. He began his career at PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas as an Internal Auditor and Analyst (2001–2004). He subsequently served as Head of Cost Control at PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk (2003–2007), Financial Analyst at First Media (2008), Assistant to the President Director at PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk (2009–2012), Finance Accounting Manager at PT Escorindo Stevedoring (2013–2015), Director of PT Temas Shipping (2019–2023), and most recently as Director of Finance and Accounting of PT TEMAS Tbk (2023–2025).

Ricky Effendi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Computerization from Bina Nusantara University in 1999 and obtained a Master of Management degree from Kwik Kian Gie School of Business in 2025.
