Independent Commissioner

Theo Lekatompessy is an Indonesian citizen, aged 64. He has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since June 26, 2018, based on Decree of AGMS Resolution No. 88 dated June 26, 2018. His professional career began as a Consultant, after which he held senior positions at Public Accounting Firm Hadori & Co. He later served as a member of the Board of Directors, with primary responsibilities in restructuring, transforming, and developing businesses across several family-owned conglomerates, including Hong Leong, Bakrie, Humpuss, Gajah Tunggal, Djajanti, and Iradat Puri Group.
 

Currently, He serves in top management roles at four joint venture companies headquartered in Japan (air conditioner distributor), Malaysia (air conditioner manufacturer), Singapore (oil & gas services), and the Netherlands (chemical distributor). In addition, he has served as Independent Commissioner at PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk since 2020 and Independent Commissioner at PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk since 2023.
 

Theo Lekatompessy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Airlangga University (1984), a Master of Business Administration from IPMI International Business School (1986), a Master’s degree in Management from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1987), a Master’s degree in International Business & Trade Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2003), a Master’s degree in International Trade, Investment and Competition from Universitas Pelita Harapan (2015), and a Doctorate in International Trade and Business Dispute Resolution from Universitas Pelita Harapan (2018).
