Widy Kiswanto is an Indonesian citizen, aged 50. He has served as Director of the Company since March 27, 2024, based on Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution No. 223 dated March 27, 2024.

He began his career as a System Engineer at PT Danamon EDS Technology Services (1996–1997). He subsequently served as Assistant IT Manager at PT Dongsuh Kolibindo Securities (1997–1998), Senior IT Executive at Singapore Cable Vision Ltd (1998–2000), CRM Consultant at Adroit Innovations Ltd (2000–2002), Senior IT Executive (2002–2005) and Information Systems Manager (2005–2013) at StarHub Ltd, Information Systems Manager at Integrated Health Information System Pte. Ltd (IHIS) (2013–2014), General Manager of IT (2015–2016) and later IT Director (2016–2019) at Sahabat Utama Group, and Vice President of Campaign Management at PT Home Credit Indonesia (2019–2023). Currently, he also serves as Commissioner at PT Temas Depot and PT Depo Lautan Nusantara since 2025.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta (1997), and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nanyang Business School, Singapore (2010).
